6 months old today!

I can't believe Will is already 6 months old! I know they say that time flies, but I really wasn't expecting it to fly by this fast. Today at his 6 months well child appointment, he weighed 22 1/2 pounds and was 28 inches long... 99th percentile all the way around!

He's perfected army crawling to the point he can follow me around the house. And now he can sit up on his own (for a short while at least before he topples over lol), and can take little steps walking if you hold is hands. Doctor says he's way ahead in development in that area and that most babies don't even start crawling until they're 7 months old. We're so proud! :)

Great Grandma and Grandpa gave Will a highchair... as you can see by the look on his face in the first picture, he doesn't like pears (or applesauce, or carrots, or bananas for that matter lol). Guess we'll have to keep trying!

Learning to crawl

I can't believe how quickly William is growing up. It seems like yesterday we were bringing him home from the hospital! It's amazing how fast he's learning new things. He can already scoot and roll around like a pro, and now a new development: army crawling!

Guess it's time to start baby proofing the house... :)
